In the event of a failure the electric fireplace would be unserviceable, no worries, below we show you what to do in the event of a failure of the motherboard even with video.
First, get a Phillips screwdriver and the circuit board you will need to replace.
Unscrew the screws on the rear panel.
You will find the circuit board at the bottom of the fireplace, place the old board side by side with the new one and reconnect the electrical wires exactly one by one. You will not be able to make a mistake. For more safety, watch the video below.
Once you have made all the connections, test the operation of the fireplace, then close the back panel. DONE!
